Bunion :
A bunion is an enlargement of the joint at the base of the big toe joint-that forms when the bone or tissue at the big toe joint moves out of place. This forces the toe to bend toward the others, causing an often painful lump of bone on the foot. The pain is usually worse when wearing shoes.

Long Second Toe :
This deformityis hereditary. In this condition one of the end toe bones, phalanx is extra long and it could lead to painful corn at the end of the toe or painful and ugly corn ontop of the toe.
There are non-surgical treatments for this condition. The surgical correction for this problem involves shortening the toe and mostly leaves little to nor scar. View Image
Fungal Infection of the Nail :
This conditionis caused by an infection of the nail plate and nail bed. This will lead to thickening of the nail, discoloration and debris collecting under the nail.

Athlete's Foot:
This disease is a skin infection caused by a fungus, usually occuring between the toes or on the soles of the feet. Some of the symptoms include red, itchy, dirt, scaly skin that, at times could form a blister.
Treatments could include: Medications to terminate the fungus; medications to stop the sweating and itching of the feet and change of foot wear.

Heel Pain Syndrome:
This condition is most frequently the result of inflammation of the band of fibrous connective tissue running along the bottom of the foot, from the heel to the ball of the foot. The pain is most excruciating early in the morning and without any shoe gear.
Treatments could include:
Foot insert, stretching, physical therapy, injection and rarely surgery.
